Vivian Wallace

Vivian Faye Wallace, age 73, passed away Friday, August 8, 2009 at her home. She was born February 21, 1936 in Holcombe to Henry & Minta (Gordon) Pake. She was a 1954 graduate of Holcombe High School. She married Arch Wallace on October 14, 1954 in Holcombe. In her younger years, she was very active in the Boy Scouts, Girl Scout and PTA. She enjoyed sewing, reading, making crafts, camping, traveling and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband: Arch of Colfax; four children: Beth (Gary) Hill of Bloomer, Jeffrey (Nan) Wallace of Colfax, Brian (Jo) Wallace of Colfax and Penny Rihn of Colfax; three brothers: Robert (Lorraine) Pake of Hallie, Gilbert Pake of Holcombe and David (Paula) Pake of Holcombe; two sisters: Louise Kron of Conrath and Lorraine Haase of Bloomer; eleven grandchildren & thirteen great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; infant daughter: Sally Kaye Wallace; two sisters: Arlyn Haase and Joyce Cizek.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 10, 2009 at 11:00 AM at the United Methodist Church in Bloomer with David W. Olson, officiating. Interment will be in the Holcombe Cemetery. Friends may call from 4:00 �" 8:00 on Sunday at the Olson Funeral Home in Bloomer and one hour prior to services at the church on Monday.
