Valeta Mae Knoll

Valeta Mae Knoll, age 60, passed away Friday, March 3, 2023 at MCHS in Bloomer.  She was born May 11, 1962 in Cadillac MI to Dale and Rhoda (Vandenboss)  Herrick .  She married Paul I. Knoll July 5, 1980 at the City Park in New Auburn.  Valeta worked at AJ Industries and enjoyed reading, flower and vegetable gardening on her back deck, watching the wildlife on her front yard, celebrating Christmas, taking care of her cats and spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband:  Paul of New Auburn; son: Justin (Rachel Omtvedt) Knoll of Bloomer, grandson:  Dayne Knoll of Eau Claire;  sisters:  Paula (Curly) Christianson of New Auburn and Delana (Doug) Warne of Jim Falls;  brother-in-law:  Eugene Anklan of Tulsa OK;  sisters-in-law:  Carol (Henry) Joles of Hallie WI, Kathy Knoll of Kasson MN and Mary Jean Knoll of Eugene OR.

She was preceded in death by her parents:  Dale and Rhoda;  brothers:  Terry and Tom;  niece:  Stacy Christianson.

A memorial service will be held at the Olson Funeral Home in Bloomer on Saturday, March 18, 2023 at 7:00 PM with a visitation from 4:00 – 7:00 at the funeral home.  Online condolences may be expressed at olsonfuneralhomebloomer.com
