Thomas Herrick

Thomas D. “Nubbie” Herrick, age 63, passed away Friday, January 4, 2019 at Atrium in Bloomer. He was born April 26, 1955 in Michigan to Dale and Rhoda (Vandenboss) Herrick. He worked in the construction field but was also known as a “Jack of All Trades”. He enjoyed beekeeping, fishing, hunting pheasants, and especially spending time with his family and grandchildren.

He is survived by his sisters: Paula (John) Christianson of New Auburn, Delana (Doug Warne) Calkins of Cadott and Valeta (Paul) Knoll of New Auburn; his children: Christopher (Abby) Dahl of New Auburn, Hope (Chad) Lockwood of Ridgeland and Holly (Derrick Brunclik) Dahl of Almena and their mother: Valerie Hanson; 6 grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Dale and (Rhoda) Herrick; brother: Terry Herrick.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Bethel Lutheran Church in New Auburn with a visitation one hour before the service at the church. Burial of ashes will be in the New Auburn Cemetery in the spring.
