Theresa McFarlane

Theresa Ann McFarlane, age 80, passed away on Monday, September 16, 2013 at Hetzel Care Center in Bloomer. She was born on September 30, 1932 in Independence WI., to Paul and Elizabeth (Kamla) Roskos. She married Jack McFarlane on September 6, 1949 in Bloomer, Wisconsin. She worked as a bus driver and a cook for the New Auburn Area Schools. Theresa loved to read was a 4-H leader and the secretary for TOPS.

She is survived by her children: Jerry (Zelda) McFarlane, Arthur (Devonah) McFarlane, Susan (Buckshot) Trowbridge, Nancy Brown, Jeanne Vagnoni, and Beth McFarlane; numerous grand, great-grand, and great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; in-laws: Arthur and Lucy McFarlane; husband: Jack McFarlane; daughters: Tanya McFarlane and Linda (McFarlane) Kollwitz Hove; brother: Ed Roskos; sister: Martha Morley; sisters-in-law: Doris MacFarlane and Joy Roskos.

Mass of a Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2013 at 12:00 PM at St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Bloomer with a visitation one hour before the service at the church.
