Maxine Rosenbrook

Maxine C. Rosenbrook, age 86, passed away Saturday, May 30, 2009 at Luther Midelfort Chippewa Valley in Bloomer. She was born July 8, 1922 in rural Bloomer to Charles & Winnie Mae (Heiss) Miller. She married Reuben Gustave Rosenbrook on December 16, 1947 in Bloomer. She worked as a self-employed beautician. She was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church and Ladies Aide, GFWC Bloomer Woman’s Club, Birthday Club, 500 Card Club; Maturity Matters and the Red Hat Society. She enjoyed playing cards, gardening, going to plays and spending time with family and friends.

She is survived by one daughter: RoxAnn (Robert) Nadeau of Bloomer; four grandchildren: Robin (Robert) Forss of Bloomer, Roberta Nadeau of Bloomer, Cody Williams of Brooklyn NY & Leah Williams of Chetek; two great-grandchildren: Blake & Brooke Forss; one son-in-law: Dean Williams of Chetek; numerous other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband: Reuben; one daughter: Rhonda Lou Williams; 2 brothers: Henry & Malcolm; five sisters: Thelma, Agatha, Winifred, Joyce & Alicia.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 3, 2009 at 11:00 AM at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church with Rev. Robert Otto officiating. Interment will be in the Bloomer Cemetery. Friends may call from 4:00 �" 8:00 on Tuesday at the Olson Funeral home in Bloomer and one hour prior to services at the church on Wednesday.
