Lelah C. Veum, 94, of Bloomer, passed away on Monday, October 24, 2022, at VitaCare Living in Bloomer.
Lelah was born on April 3, 1928, in Downing, WI to Roy and Lelah (Beresford) Veum. She worked for a lumber company in the mail room and was a general “gopher” for anything that needed to be done. Lelah was a very independent person and loved the simple things in life.
She is survived by her sisters, Donna Iverson and Alice Bauer; and numerous nieces and nephews. Lelah was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, James, Wallace and Robert; and sisters, Anna Mae Corrick and Mona Marquardt.
