Jeanette Bettina "Jan" Gullickson (Bathke)

Jeanette “Jan” Gullickson, age 80, passed away Wednesday, February 28, 2018 in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. She was born January 4, 1938 in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin to Henry and Jessie (Polanski) Bathke. She married Douglas Gullickson in July of 1964 and worked as an LPN. She enjoyed her cats and raising her African Violets. She was a private person and always did things in her own way and in her own time. She and Douglas lived many years in Sarasota, FL and Jan had recently moved back to Eau Claire to be closer to her family after Douglas had passed away.
She is survived by her sister: Mabel Gravunder; nieces and nephews: Carole (Mick) Givens, Barbara (Dave) Ihme, Gary (Pam) Bathke, Kim (Don) Oldenberg, Mark Bathke, Kay (Mark Mensik) Bathke, Scott (Bev) Bathke.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Henry and Jessie Bathke; husband: Douglas; brother and sister-in-law: Julius and Doris Bathke; brother-in-law: Marlin (Mike) Gravunder,
Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 9 at 2:00 PM at Olson Funeral Home in Bloomer with a visitation at the funeral home one hour prior to services. Interment will be in Bloomer Cemetery.
