James Curtis Peterson

James C. Peterson, age 74, formally of Sand Creek, passed away at the Spring Valley Health and Rehab in Spring Valley on Saturday, March 7, 2020. He was born on November 13, 1945 in Eau Claire to Phillip and Dagny (Isakson) Peterson. James lived a simple life and loved to listen to music and snack on his favorite treat, the Three Musketeers Bar.
He is survived by his brother Lyndon (Kathy) Peterson of Sand Creek, niece Susan Smith and her son Mason of New Auburn; nephew: Jon (Anne) Peterson of Colfax
He is preceded in death by his parents: Phillip and Dagny
Private graveside services will be held at the Running Valley Cemetery at a later date. Olson Funeral Home in Bloomer is assisting the family. The family would like to thank Heartland Hospice and the staff at Spring Valley Health and Rehab for their loving care of James.
