Bloomer Eunice V. Stuck, age 94, died on Monday, November 26, 2012 at Cornell Area Care Center. She was born July 2, 1918 to Lyle and Thora (Olson) Paine in Bloomer. She married Clarence Kruger on January 15, 1939 in Cornell and later married Arthur Stuck on April 13, 2002 in Bloomer. Eunice raised 3 children, taught Sunday School at St. Paul Lutheran, where she was a member, and was active at the Bloomer Senior Center. In her free time she enjoyed playing cards, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
She is survived by one son: Roger (Judy) Krueger or Cornell; two daughters: Sharon Naranjo of Deer Lodge MT and Rita (Harvey) Lange of Toney AL; step-daughters: Bonnie (Bill) LaGesse and Barb (Richard) Kostner both of Bloomer; brother: Gordon Paine of Johnson Creek WI; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; numerous, great-great grandchildren, step grand and great-grand children; other relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husbands: Clarence and Arthur; brothers: Raymond, Clifford, Asa, and John “Tyler”, Robert “Bud” and Leonard Paine; sister: Betty and one grandson.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, November 30, 2012 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Bloomer with Pastor James Strand officiating. Interment will take place at the Bloomer Cemetery following the service. There will be a visitation from 4:00-8:00 PM on Thursday, November 29, 2012.
