Charles E. "Chuck" Grimm

Charles E. “Chuck” Grimm, age 80, passed away Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at Hetzel Care Center in Bloomer. He was born November 28, 1933 in Eau Claire to August E. and Rose Marie (Meier) Grimm. He married Wanda Louise Lahn on July 25, 1964. Chuck served in the Air Force during the Korean War and worked as a commercial insurance underwriter for USF&G Insurance. His greatest pleasure came from spending time with his family and, especially, his grandchildren.

He is survived by one son, Christopher (Katherine) Grimm of Loveland, Ohio; one daughter, Michele (Mark) Terlep of Colombia Station, Ohio; one sister, Joan (Gerald) Cramer of Eau Claire; and two grandchildren, Colleen and Brendan Grimm; special friends, Victoria DuBois of New Auburn and her daughters, Debbie (Rick) Adair, Jan (Art) Kunstmann, Jodi (Tom) King; numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, August and Rose Marie Grimm; his wife, Wanda; and his brothers, John, Richard, and Edward Ludwikowski.
