Obituary for Mark Berg

Mark   Berg
Mark L. Berg, age 71, passed away at the Warm Springs Rehab Luling Texas. He was born July 1, 1945 in Mondovi, WI to Vernon and Emerald (Nelson) Berg. Mark served in the US Navy during the Vietnam War. He worked as a meat inspector for the State and Federal Government. Mark enjoyed to cook, listen to music and spend time with his family, friends, nieces and nephews.

He is survived by his siblings: Lowell (Gloria) Berg of Osseo, Stuart (Betty) Berg of Cochrane WI, Vernon Jr. “Butch” Berg of Chippewa Falls, Wayne Berg of Texas and Peggy (AL) Mahnken of Menominee, numerous nieces and nephews other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Vernon and Emerald and a brother: Ronald.

A memorial service will be held at Chetek Lutheran Church in Chetek on Thursday, May 4, 2017 at 2:00 PM with a visitation from 4:00-7:00 pm on Wednesday May 3, 2017 at Olson Funeral Home in Bloomer and one hour prior to the service at the church.
